Bootcamp

Bootcamp: All Levels and Bodies Welcome!

Join me outdoors for a 45 minute, super-sweaty, total body, bootcamp-style workout. After we warm up we run, squat, lunge, do push ups and cardio drills, and use resistance bands (which I provide). I cue you individually to go at your own pace, and give options to add even more challenge to every drill. Whether you’re jumping back into fitness or looking for a new exciting class (with river views!), I will be there to support you and help you reach your goals!

Virtual Classes

Zoom classes are not currently on the schedule, but I do offer recordings of 35 and 45 minute cardio and strength classes, as well as Pilates mat classes with and without props. Please email me to request a class.

Cardio Sculpt (Zoom)

Expect fast paced, creative combinations and circuits in this high energy class! Great for all levels, I’ll give jumping and non-jumping options so you can control the impact and intensity. The playlist changes as often as the routines. No coordination necessary. Light weights (1, 2, or 3 lbs) recommended.

Pilates (Zoom)

If you like your Pilates flow fast paced and full body, grab your mat and join me! I love the classic moves and all the creative ways we can play with them. With an emphasis on breath and body awareness, this class is non-stop from “hundreds” to “teaser”. Because this is an online group class, it is best suited for those who have some previous knowledge of Pilates, and are injury free or know their modifications.

Strength (Zoom)

Strength is a form-focused, total body workout set to music. We’ll use light, medium and heavy weights (whatever that means to you), and work every major muscle group to fatigue. Creativity keeps me inspired, so expect lots of variety and a new class every time!
