I haven’t worked out in a while. Can I still come to class? What if I can’t keep up?

Of course, I’ve got you! I cue modifications for beginners and encourage you to go at your own pace. You’ll find the class to be a supportive environment with no pressure to compete. I’ll help you keep moving in a way that will make you feel successful, and excited to come back!

What if I have an injury?

I don’t recommend working out when you’re in pain or if you have an injury that hasn’t healed. If you’ve been cleared by your doctor to exercise, and need to modify or avoid a few specific movements, I can cue you appropriately. Please make sure you let me know before class.

What should I bring to class?

Please bring a mat and a water bottle. It can also be bright and sunny out there, so you may want to wear a hat and sunscreen. I provide a heavy and light resistance band for every participant, and Clorox wipes to clean our equipment and mats.

What if I need to cancel last minute?

You can reschedule your reservation up to 12 hours in advance of your class time by emailing me. No shows and late cancels will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Can I sign up last minute?

Sure! As long as there are open spots you can sign up last minute, but please make sure you’re signed up before class. You should also email me (in case I haven’t seen your sign up) so that I can set up a spot for you.

What if it’s raining or if the weather is really extreme?

If I need to cancel class due to the weather, or if I have a last minute emergency, I will post the cancellation in the WhatsApp group. Please join the group to make sure you get all notifications, and it’s a good idea to check it before you come.
